When the parcel I received is incomplete or contains not the goods I ordered.
We apologize for the situation and ask you - do not respond impulsively and hastily. We understand your nervousness, but we are only people and mistakes and omissions can also happen to us.
In this case, please contact us - write an email to sklep@haltankowo.sstore.pl or a private message on our fan page www.fb.com/haltankowo.sstore. We check. Missing product wyslemy (of course at our expense), and if you received a different item than the ordered - send it to us with written information, and after receiving the parcel we will send the correct item (at our expense).
If the ordered product, after receiving it, will prove to be mechanically damaged.
A Damage Report should be drawn up in the presence of a courier / postman and it is mandatory to include damage to the outer packaging. One copy of the protocol should be kept for oneself, as it will be necessary to recognize the damage claimed. Damaged goods (along with the protocol) should be stored until the complaint is considered. About this situation, please inform us in email: sklep@haltankowo.sstore.pl.
WARNING! Acceptance of a shipment without reservations will result in the expiration of claims for loss or mechanical damage.
I want to return the purchased goods.
Based on Article. 27 Consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the cost of returning the product to our address. You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. When sending the goods to the seller, enclose a statement of withdrawal from the purchase contract. The product should be complete and free of traces of use.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return of the goods, we will refund the payments made, including the cost of delivery of the product (but if you have chosen a different way of delivery than offered by us, according to Article 33 of Consumer Law, we will not refund).

I want to advertise an item.

In the description of the complaint, please provide information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of irregularity, your requests and contact details. We will respond to complaints no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer, if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable laws, in particular in the Civil Code (in particular, Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code). The Customer who exercises the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the Store's address at the expense of the Seller.
